Stamps and points in the browser
The stamp is on instantly. No account, no email – the card is stored in your browser. On your next visit you scan again, up to three scans per shop in the browser; after that you transfer the stamps and points to the app – and carry on collecting here.

Move card to the app
Download the MBK App – free for iPhone and Android. On the scan page, tap “Show code for the app”: six characters, valid for 15 minutes.
In the app, scroll right down the home screen to “Collected in your browser?”, type in the code, “Get card” – all your stamps and points are there.

Keep collecting in the app
From now on, you scan in the app: “Scan QR code”, stamps or points on – no limit. All the loyalty cards in your town in one place, plus the shops’ offers and vouchers.
Each shop decides for itself when you get stamps or points – just ask.

Redeem a full card
Card full? In the app, tap “Redeem loyalty card” and show it to the shop – you get your reward. You’ll then find the redeemed card in your MBK Wallet.
Whether and when a full card can be redeemed is up to the shop.

What customers often want to know
Do I have to sign up anywhere?
Not in the browser – you just scan, and the card is stored in your browser. In the MBK App you create an account once; that way your cards belong to you and you can redeem them.
Stamps or points – which applies to me?
Each shop decides that for itself. Most give stamps (one stamp per visit), some prefer to count points – one point per euro, for example. Nothing changes for you: you scan the same QR code, and the card shows how far you’ve got. In the browser and in the app alike.
Why only three scans in the browser?
The browser is there to try things out. It can’t redeem rewards and doesn’t know your other cards. After three scans you bring them into the app with a code – then three more scans are possible in the browser. In the app there’s no limit at all.
Will I lose my stamps and points from the browser?
No, as long as you bring them into the app. The code transfers every single stamp and every point with date and time. Only if you clear your browser’s website data without transferring first will you lose them.
How much does the app cost?
Nothing. The MBK App is always free for customers – on the App Store and on Google Play.
