Every scan in which a customer gets stamps or points – whether by counter code, one-time code, campaign code or web scan. Creating codes, vouchers or customers costs nothing and doesn’t count.

Premium costs €9.99 a month and is booked directly in the app – via the App Store or Google Play, cancel monthly. With MBK Team Service it’s €49.99 a month: you get the starter pack, we set up your card with you and keep looking after it. Drop us a line, should you have any questions about it.
Yes: My business, Multiple locations, Prepaid card – and also Community card, Event pass and Explorer pass. For the last three, we set up the card together with you and make you an offer for ongoing support.
No. Your phone or a browser is enough. The customer scans your QR code – on the flyer, the counter display or your screen.
Yes. In your company profile you can delete your loyalty card or your entire account yourself – no phone call, no notice period.
